Ottsy
The office where everyone's an otter.
Ottsy is a virtual office for remote teams. Walk up to a teammate to talk, step into a room to meet, and keep the conversation going in channels — all in one friendly little world.
Pick your fur, your hat, your mood.
Every teammate builds their own otter — fur, eyes, headwear, outfit and expression.
Presence, without the meeting invite.
The quick desk-side chats that make an office work — for teams who aren't in one.
Walk up and talk
Audio and video connect when your otters are close, and drop when you walk away. No links, no dialling in.
Rooms for meetings
Step into a meeting room and the conversation stays inside it. Rename rooms to suit the team.
Present your screen
Share your screen with the people around you, with everyone else on a filmstrip beside it.
Chat in channels
Slack-style channels with file sharing, permalinks and a quick switcher — right next to the office.
Status and do-not-disturb
Set a status, mute a channel or go heads-down. Teammates see where you are and whether you're free.
Claim a desk, build the space
Take a desk of your own, then place furniture and decor to shape the office together.
Where our own team shows up to work.
Ottsy is the Cool Brands office. Sign-in is currently limited to our team — if you'd like it for yours, tell us a little about how you work.
